The purposes of this study were to investigate the efficacy of parecoxib on postoperative inflammatory response, and to assess serum levels of acute phase reactants, for example cytokine (IL)-6 and C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients who have undergone percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL)
