Aggressive ossifying fibroma of right ethmoidal sinus: A case report
A 30-year-old male patient presented with headache and incidental finding of aright ethmoidal sinus ossifying fibroma by paranasal-sinuses CT scan and MRI of the face. A flexiblefiber-optic nasal endoscopy examination revealed a right side fullness. A non-contrasted CT scan of theparanasal sinus showed hyperdense lesion at the right ethmoid air cells. Functional endoscopic sinussurgery was performed and multiple nasal-mass biopsies were taken which showed fibro-osseous lesionmost consistent with aggressive ossifying fibroma. Later, a near total resection of skull base tumor byendoscopic surgery was done and patient was discharged next day in a good condition
