To investigate the role and significance of serum IL-6, IL-10, IL-17 in the occurrence and development of chronic hepatitis B. Methods: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect serum IL-6, IL-10, IL-17 levels and liver function in patients with hepatitis B and relationship between serum viral load in 70 cases of CHB patients and 20 healthy subjects (control group)
