Adjunctive Treatment with Lumbrokinase in NSTEMI patient: Evaluation with Myocardial Perfusion SPECT

Rupture of an atherosclerotic plaque is the usual initiating event in an acute coronary syndrome (ACS), leading to subsequent thrombus formation. Persistent thrombotic occlusion results in acute myocardial infarction (MI). Current American Heart Association (AHA) and European Society of Cardiology (ESC) recommendation
for non-ST-elevation of myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) use antiplatelet and anticoagulant as
the main therapy. Todays, in Indonesian market, there are some oral fibrinolytic agents.
