Hospital medicine is a rapidly growing field of internal medicine. However, little is known about internal medicine residents’ decisions to pursue careers in hospital medicine (HM).
Bedside point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) is increasingly used to assessmedical patients. At present, no consensus exists for what POCUS curriculum is appropriate for internal medicine residency training programs.
