Comparison of Cefdinir and Cefaclor in Treatment of Community-Acquired Pneumonia

Six hundred ninety patients were enrolled in a multicenter, randomized, double-blind trial comparing the efficacy and safety of cefdinir with those of cefaclor in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia.
